30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to our standard return window, we stand behind our formula. If you've tried the product as directed and are not satisfied with your results, contact us within 90 days of your purchase and we will work with you to make it right.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
